Daily Deep Work is a simple focus and time-tracking app. It helps you start focused work sessions, record your effort, and review your history. It is provided for personal use only.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
Daily Deep Work does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, productivity, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the app and for any decisions, work, results, or consequences connected with that use.
3. Privacy and Data
Daily Deep Work does not require an account and does not collect or store your personal data on our servers. Your app data stays on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device and exported data.
4. Payments
If Daily Deep Work is purchased through the Apple App Store, payment processing, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
5. No Warranties
Daily Deep Work is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages; lost profits; lost data; lost productivity; device issues; interruption; or losses related to using or being unable to use Daily Deep Work.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Daily Deep Work after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Daily Deep Work is designed to be private and local-first. By using the app, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
1. No Data Collection
We do not collect, sell, rent, share, track, or store your personal data. Daily Deep Work does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.
2. Data Stays on Your Device
Your focus sessions, settings, and history stay on your device. They are not sent to servers controlled by us. If you export, share, delete, restore, or back up your data through your device or Apple services, that action is controlled by you, your device settings, and Apple.
3. No Server Storage
We do not operate an account system, user database, analytics pipeline, or server storage for Daily Deep Work app data.
4. Apple Services
Apple may process information related to App Store purchases, crash reports, diagnostics, device backups, or operating system services according to Apple settings and policies. We do not control or receive your app data through those services.
5. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Daily Deep Work after an update means you accept the updated policy.
